As you will see, the product comes with a new user interface and we welcome any ideas and feedback regarding its usability. The next beta will add some other items on the new features list like Defrag and bugfixes, all intended to improve your interaction with the product.
Known issues:
- Antimalware > Move to quarantine action for on-demand and on-access scanning fails
- Antimalware > Contextual scan on folders fails
- Antimalware > Game mode disabled on-access scanning
- Parental control > Web control does not block/allow sites added in the list of sites unless the site is properly formatted (http://[site]/)
- Firewall > The Firewall module is not integrated with WSC
- Firewall > BlueTooth connections fail due to the Firewall module
- Antispam > Antispam toolbar fails to be displayed in Windows Mail and Outlook Express
- TuneUp > Registry Cleaner and Registry Recover do not work on Windows Vista with UAC enabled
- TuneUp > For a large number of files, Duplicate Finder might be unresponsive
- Backup > On Windows Vista, Backup and Restore Wizards fail to work
- Installation> Sometimes uninstall fails. Please contact on beta.bitdefender.com for an uninstall tool.
